Personal Information and Privacy Statement. FluentStream respects your privacy and is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of personal data we collect. The purpose of our Privacy Statement is to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy and protection of all persons who provide personal data to FluentStream and its affiliates. This Privacy Statement describes the ways we collect information from and about you, and what we do with the information, so that you may decide whether or not to provide information to us. By visiting FluentStream websites or otherwise providing your personal information to FluentStream via any other means, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Statement. For purposes of this Privacy Statement, the term “visitor” includes visitors to our websites who are not yet customers, those who become customers, as well as those who do not become customers; whether you upload information to our websites, download it, or are merely visiting our websites.   • INFORMATION AND PRIVACY You understand and agree that in conjunction with employee training, quality control and the provision of services, we may monitor and/or electronically record cellular transmissions related to the Services, as well as conversations with you or others. Further, you understand that privacy cannot be guaranteed on telephone, cellular network and computer systems, and we shall not be liable to you for any claims, loss, damages or costs which may result from a lack of privacy experienced. You consent to us (i) using information about you and your location (collectively, “information’) to administer services, offer you new products or services, enforce the terms of this Agreement, prevent fraud and respond to regulatory and legal requirements, (ii) response to a subpoena or other such legal process, and (iii) using and sharing aggregate Subscriber information and statistics that do not include information that identifies you personally.

  • Privacy and Personal Information (a) This clause 14 applies where this agreement amounts to a “service arrangement” under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).

  • Confidential Information and Privacy (a) All non-public, confidential or proprietary information of Service Provider or Customer, as applicable, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, technology, inventions, samples, research, product designs, business plans, implementation plans, processes, document templates, information pertaining to business operations, methodologies, and strategies, and information pertaining to customers, pricing, and marketing (collectively, "Confidential Information"), disclosed by Service Provider or Customer (in such role the “Disclosing Party”) or Disclosing Party’s officers, directors or employees, whether disclosed orally or disclosed or accessed in written, electronic or other form or media, and whether or not marked, designated or otherwise identified as "confidential," in connection with the provision of the Services and this Agreement is confidential, and shall not be disclosed or copied by recipient Customer or Service Provider (in such role the “Recipient”), or Recipient’s officers, directors or employees, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. Confidential Information does not include information that is:

  • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Privacy Statement 6.1. The Parties agree to keep all information related to the signing and fulfillment of this Agreement confidential, and not to disclose it to any third parties, except for subcontractors involved in this agreement, unless prior written consent is obtained from the other Party. Should subcontractors be engaged under this agreement, they are required to adhere to its terms and conditions.

  • YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION When using established banking relationships to send your transfer, personal information about you contained in the transaction may be provided to overseas authorities and the beneficiary bank in order to comply with applicable legal obligations and prevent crime. This may include a transfer of your personal data outside the EEA. This information may include your full name, address, date of birth and account number.   • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Company is collecting the Subscriber's personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Subscription Agreement and completing the Offering. The Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) may be disclosed by the Company to (a) stock exchanges or securities regulatory authorities, (b) the Company's registrar and transfer agent, (c) Canadian tax authorities, (d) authorities pursuant to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada) and (e) any of the other parties involved in the Offering, including legal counsel, and may be included in record books in connection with the Offering. By executing this Subscription Agreement, the Subscriber is deemed to be consenting to the foregoing collection, use and disclosure of the Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) and to the retention of such personal information for as long as permitted or required by law or business practice. Notwithstanding that the Subscriber may be purchasing Shares as agent on behalf of an undisclosed principal, the Subscriber agrees to provide, on request, particulars as to the identity of such undisclosed principal as may be required by the Company in order to comply with the foregoing.

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY AND SECURITY CONTRACT 11 Any reference to statutory, regulatory, or contractual language herein shall be to such language as in 12 effect or as amended.
