Common use of PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT. The Personal Data of the Customer, its employees and its tenants, if applicable, may be collected, used and/or disclosed by the Retailer to the relevant authorities, insurers or professional advisors as may be necessary for or ancillary to the carrying out of any of the Retailer’s obligations under this Electricity Agreement. The Customer agrees to and shall procure that its employees and/or tenants, if applicable, are agreeable to the collection, use and disclosure of such Personal Data collected for the purposes, and on the terms, as stated in the Privacy Policy maintained on the Retailer's website.
