Personal Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement are in lieu of the provisions of any collective bargaining agreement, and therefore, no collective bargaining agreement shall apply with respect to the relationship between the parties hereto (subject to the applicable provisions of law).

Manager agrees that it will not subcontract all or substantially all of its management responsibilities under this Agreement, except to an Affiliate of WHL, without the written consent and approval of Owner. Any attempted assignment or sub-contract in violation of the provisions of this Section L shall be void AB INITIO.
