Provided that no event of default by Assignee exists beyond any applicable notice and cure period, Assignee shall be permitted to bring domesticated pet dogs (“Permitted Dogs”) and no other animal whatsoever on to the Leased Premises, the Building and the Outside Areas subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 9.
