observe all applicable conditions and provisions contained in Sections 3.02(b), 3.03 and 3.04 as if such changes were included in the initial preparation of the Demised Premises;\n(e) In the case of any Tenant\u2019s Changes, other than decorations, Tenant shall give notice to Landlord, including general plans and specifications (if any) for such Tenant\u2019s Changes, at least 20 days before the work of making such Tenant\u2019s Changes shall commence;\n(f) If the reasonably anticipated cost of any Tenant\u2019s Change or series or group of proposed Tenant\u2019s Changes intended to be made at or about the same time shall be more than THREE AND 00/100 ($3.00) DOLLARS per rentable square foot of the area affected by the alteration (\u201cSubstantial Change\u201d), or if any Tenant\u2019s Change shall include a change which under the provisions of the Building Code of the Town of Orangeburg then in effect requires an alteration permit, Tenant, prior to commencement of such change, shall obtain consent thereto from Landlord; Landlord agrees that its consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, but Tenant agrees that any such consent may be upon condition that upon the expiration or earlier termination of this lease, Tenant shall restore the Demised Premises to the condition in which it would be if the change in respect of which the consent is required had not been made.
