Common use of Permitted Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

Permitted Acquisitions. (a) Subject to the remaining provisions of this Section 9.16 applicable thereto and the requirements contained in the definition of Permitted Acquisition, the Company may, from time to time after the Closing Date, effect Permitted Acquisitions, as long as with respect thereto each of the following conditions are satisfied:
