PERMITS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK. The Contractor shall obtain all licenses, certifications, and permits required for the performance of the work. The cost of such licenses, certifications, and permits may not be chargeable to the Government under this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for all damages to persons or property that occurs as a result of the contractor’s fault or negligence in connection with the performance of the work.
