Permits and Licensing. Supplier shall obtain and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, all permits and licenses required to provide the Products contemplated herein.

Permits and Licensing. It will be the responsibility of Owner to obtain all government and private approvals, permits, and easements necessary for the Work. Contractor will not contact any governmental agency or private owner with respect to the Work and the permits needed therefor unless authorized and requested to do so by Owner.
