Permissible termination etc. 11.1.1 This contract may be ended only in accordance with: 11.1.1.1 the fundamental terms of this contract which incorporate fundamental provisions set out in Part 9 of the Act or other terms included in this contract in accordance with Part 9 which are set out in terms 11.1 to 11.4, 12.1 to 15.1 and term 18.1; or 11.1.1.2 any enactment such as an Act of Senedd Cymru or an Act of Parliament or regulations made by the Welsh Ministers. 11.1.2 Nothing in this term affects: 11.1.2.1 any right of the landlord or contract-holder to rescind the contract; or 11.1.2.2 the operation of the law of frustration.
