Common use of Permanent Teachers Clause in Contracts

Permanent Teachers. At least one formal observation will be made and a written evaluation will be completed a minimum of once every other school year per Education Code 44664. The timeline for completion shall be in accordance with EXHIBIT G. The final written evaluation report is to be completed and submitted by April 15. 2.4.1 Permanent teachers who are involuntarily transferred shall not be evaluated during the first year of their new assignment unless they had not been evaluated the prior year or received an unsatisfactory evaluation the prior year.
