Permanent Records. A complete record of each student’s high school performance is kept on file in the guidance office. The student’s permanent record, or transcript, includes test results, grades, grade point average, class rank, attendance, enrollment information, and health data. Copies of transcripts may be requested by the student, parents, or an approved institution such as a college or prospective employer.
