Common use of Permanent Full-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Permanent Full-Time Employees. Permanent Full-Time employees are employees engaged on an ongoing basis at 37 1/2 hours per week. Permanent Full-Time employees shall be covered by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement except those which apply specifically to Temporary or Permanent Part-Time employees.

Permanent Fullfull-Time time employees shall be covered by are entitled to all of the terms and conditions benefits of this Agreement except those which apply specifically to Temporary or Permanent Part-Time employeeswhile serving the probationary period.
