Common use of Permanent Exclusions Clause in Contracts

Permanent Exclusions. A permanent exclusion will be applied on any medical or physical condition or treatment of an Insured Person, if specifically mentioned in the Schedule of Insurance Certificate and has been accepted by You. This option will be used for such condition(s) or treatment(s) that otherwise would have resulted in rejection of insurance coverage under this Policy to such Insured Person. We shall not be liable to make any payment under this Policy directly or indirectly caused by, based on, arising out of or howsoever attributable to any of the following unless specifically mentioned elsewhere in the Policy.
