Perishable Items. Floral and nursery stock such as flower, fruit, and vegetable plants, cut flowers and foliage, floral displays, and bulbs, foodstuffs (fresh and frozen) such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, poultry, bakery, dairy products, medicines, plants and foliage such as branches and blossoms of flowers, spices, fruits, and vegetables.

Perishable Items. Perishable items shall be charged to the department using or consuming the product as they are used. Example: LPG, Excelsior, burnable furniture, burnable wood, sprinkler heads, dry wall/sheetrock, ply-wood or similar materials, roofing shingles, firefighting foam, dry powder extinguishers, blades, chain saw blades, all purpose saw blades, saws- all, oil or gasoline, etc. There will be no charge for water from fire hydrants.
Perishable Items. The Company shall notify the Member when perishable food and goods held in the Supply are close to expiration. The member will have the option of having the stock shipped to the Member at the Member's expense, or having the Company dispose of the stock upon expiration. Upon shipment, disposal, or expiration, whichever occurs first, the monthly membership fee will be reduced to reflect the amount of the Member's viable goods remaining in inventory.
Perishable Items. The Debtor agrees and acknowledges that to the extent Debtor is deemed to have a right in any portion of the Collateral that contains perishable commodities, and that, in the Event of Default, if such Collateral is found to have perished then the Secure Party will be entitled to monetary damages and claims against the Debtor with respect to such Collateral.

  • Eligible Items You agree to scan and deposit only checks, as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Regulation CC (“Reg. CC”). You agree that the image of the check transmitted to us shall be deemed an “item” within the meaning of Article 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Tennessee. You agree that you will not use RDC to scan and deposit any of the following checks or other items:

  • Ineligible Items You agree that you will not use this Service to deposit any ineligible items, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Farm Products None of the Collateral constitutes, or is the Proceeds of, Farm Products.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide IC with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to IC the capital equipment or provides funds for IC to purchase it, then IC will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to IC for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and IC will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Durable Medical Equipment Durable medical equipment is equipment which can withstand repeated use, is primarily and customarily used to serve a medical purpose, is useful only in the presence of an illness or injury and used in the Member’s home. Durable medical equipment includes: hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, glucose monitors, external insulin pumps, oxygen and oxygen equipment. GHC, in its sole discretion, will determine if equipment is made available on a rental or purchase basis.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
