The status report shall identify any proposed variances to the approved work plan and describe interim progress on implementation of the work plan, including analytical results of any sampling, water level measurements, Site maps or photos, as appropriate. Periodic Status Reports. The Contractor shall prepare written “Periodic Status Reports” as described in this Section 3.4. The Contractor shall provide the Authority two hard copies of each report in 8 1/2” X 11” format bound with applicable attachments and references, and submit an electronic copy of each report in pdf format via the Program management software.   • Status Reports The Grantee shall submit status reports quarterly, unless otherwise specified in the Attachments, on Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, to Department’s Grant Manager describing the work performed during the reporting period, problems encountered, problem resolutions, scheduled updates, and proposed work for the next reporting period. Quarterly status reports are due no later than twenty (20) days following the completion of the quarterly reporting period. For the purposes of this reporting requirement, the quarterly reporting periods end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. The Department will review the required reports submitted by Grantee within thirty (30) days.

Documents filed with the Commission pursuant to its Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System (“XXXXX”) shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Representative pursuant to this section.
