Periodic Services. (1) All stairs and landings will be damp-mopped weekly and washed monthly. (2) If applicable, landings will be spray-buffed weekly, refinished as necessary to maintain an optimum appearance, stripped and refinished annually. (3) All baseboards, handrails, ledges, interior doors, kick and push plates, handles and door knobs, and light fixtures will be dusted monthly.
