Periodic Services. 1. Floors will be machine scrubbed weekly with a protective non-slip floor finish applied for surface protection. 2. All horizontal surfaces within normal arm's reach will be dusted monthly. 3. Walls to be kept free of dust. A. NIGHTLY SERVICES 1. Carpets in elevator cabs to be vacuumed and spot cleaned as required. 2. Walls and metal work to be cleaned and polished. 3. Elevator doors and frames on all floors to be kept clean and free of finger marks and smudges. 4. Two (2) sets of elevator carpets will be supplied for periodic changing. The Landlord shall arrange for such changing and the cleaning of each set not less than twice annually. 5. Threshold plates on elevator cabs and elevator lobby floors to be cleaned or vacuumed.
