Common use of Periodic Reviews Clause in Contracts

Periodic Reviews. At least once each year, the Operating Committee shall meet and review the Parties’ respective operational and maintenance responsibilities with respect to the Transmission Common Use Facilities and the Distribution Common Use Facilities and, if necessary, alter such responsibilities as the Parties deem appropriate; provided that nothing hereunder shall be interpreted to empower the Operating Committee to obligate either Party to incur costs with respect to Common Use Facilities owned by the other Party.
