Common use of Periodic Reports Clause in Contracts

Periodic Reports. The Sub-Adviser shall (i) render to the Board such periodic and special reports as the Board or the Adviser may reasonably request; and (ii) meet with any persons at the reasonable request of the Adviser or the Board for the purpose of reviewing the Sub-Adviser’s performance under this Agreement upon reasonable advance notice.

Periodic Reports. The Sub-Adviser shall (i) render to the Board such periodic and special reports as the Board or the Adviser may reasonably request; and (ii) meet with any persons at the reasonable request of the Adviser or the Board for the purpose of reviewing the Sub-Adviser’s performance under this Agreement at reasonable times and upon reasonable advance notice.

Periodic Reports. The Sub-Adviser shall (i) render to the Board such periodic and special reports as the Board or the Adviser may reasonably request; and (ii) meet with any persons representatives of the Adviser or the Trust at the reasonable request of the Adviser or the Board for the purpose of reviewing the Sub-Adviser’s performance under this Agreement upon reasonable advance notice.

The Sub-Adviser shall (i) render to the Board such periodic and special reports as the Board or the Adviser may reasonably requestrequest and as the Sub-Adviser may reasonably agree in order to facilitate compliance with the requirements of the Governing Documents, Procedures and applicable law; and (ii) meet with any persons representatives of the Adviser or the Board, as applicable, at the reasonable request of the Adviser or the Board Board, for the purpose of reviewing the Sub-Adviser’s performance under compliance with this Agreement at reasonable times and upon reasonable advance notice.

The Adviser will endeavor to limit its requests for the Sub-Adviser to attend in-person, off-site meetings to a reasonable number of times per year.

The Sub-Adviser shall (i) with the assistance of the Adviser, render to the Board such periodic and special reports as the Board or the Adviser may reasonably request; and (ii) meet with any persons at the reasonable request of the Adviser or the Board upon reasonable request for the purpose of reviewing the Sub-Adviser’s performance under this Agreement at reasonable times and upon reasonable advance notice. The Sub-Adviser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (i) render to the Board such periodic and special reports reports, it has in its possession (or can reasonably procure), as the Board or the Adviser may reasonably request; and (ii) meet with any persons at the reasonable request of the Adviser or the Board for the purpose of reviewing the Sub-Adviser’s performance under this Agreement upon reasonable advance noticenotice (but no more than four (4) times per calendar year, unless otherwise agreed with the Sub-Adviser).
