Periodic Reporting Requirements. The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of either Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the 1934 Act and files reports with the Commission on XXXXX.

Periodic Reporting Requirements. At the reasonable request of a parent entity of any member of CCR, Manager shall provide such information regarding the Casino Operations, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to such parent entity, as required by such parent entity to comply with periodic reporting requirements under federal or state securities law.
