Common use of Periodic Bills Clause in Contracts

Periodic Bills. On a periodic basis, EPA will send Respondents a bill requiring payment that includes a SCORPIOS Report or similar EPA-prepared cost summary report, which includes direct and indirect costs incurred by EPA, its contractors, subcontractors, and the United States Department of Justice on behalf of EPA. Respondents shall make all payments within 60 days after Respondents’ receipt of each bill requiring payment, except as otherwise provided in ¶ 40 (Contesting EPA Future Response Costs).

On a periodic semi-annual basis, EPA will send Respondents a bill or bills requiring payment of EPA Future Response Costs that includes a SCORPIOS Report or similar EPA-EPA prepared cost summary report, which includes direct and indirect costs incurred by EPA, its contractors, its subcontractors, and the United States Department of Justice on behalf of EPAJustice. Respondents shall make all payments within 60 30 days after Respondents’ receipt of each bill requiring payment, except as otherwise provided in ¶ 40 44 (Contesting EPA Future Response Costs).

Respondents Respondent shall make all payments within 60 thirty (30) days after Respondents’ Respondent’s receipt of each bill requiring payment, except as otherwise provided in ¶ 40 Paragraph 66 (Contesting EPA Future Response Costs).
