Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence during:
Period of Residence. The effective date of residence shall be the first day of the Summer as defined below, or the date this contract is accepted, whichever is later. This contract is for Summer, commencing May 24, 2020 and ending July 4, 2020. Members not remaining in the same unit for the second summer term must vacate by midnight on the last day, July 4, 2020.
Period of Residence. This part of the Regulations explains how long your Accommodation Agreement will last and the restrictions that apply to your Accommodation including in relation to terminating the Agreement.

Period of Residence. Unless otherwise determined in accordance with this Agreement, the University will provide you with accommodation in a Residence for the Fall and Winter session, from September 1, 2018 to noon on April 25, 2019.
Period of Residence. Unless it specifies otherwise in the Offer E-mail the Period of Residence is continuous (and includes the Christmas and Easter vacation periods) but does not include the Summer vacation period. You must vacate the Accommodation and remove all of your personal possessions from it by 10:00am on the last day of the Period of Residence. Students are not permitted to remain in the Accommodation beyond 10:00am on the last day of the Period of Residence. Our responsibilities Our responsibilities are set out in clause 1 (below). We are fully committed to fulfilling our responsibilities under this Agreement. If we fail to meet these, we expect you to tell us and give us the opportunity to put things right. Your responsibilities By entering into this Agreement, you commit to comply with your responsibilities. These are set out in clause 2 (below) and include a commitment by you to comply with the Regulations and Policies. If you fail to meet these, we will tell you and (unless the failure is serious or persistent) we will give you a chance to put things right. If you fail to take this opportunity, or if the failure is serious or persistent, we will be entitled to take formal (including legal) action against you which may result in you having to leave your Accommodation. Variations to this Agreement With the exception of any changes as a result of government legislation, this Agreement cannot be changed without prior written agreement between you and us.

This contract is for two full consecutive semesters, namely: the Fall semester commencing August 20, 2021 and ending December 18, 2021, and the Spring semester commencing January 14, 2022 and ending May 20, 2022. Contracts accepted for the Spring semester shall be for that semester only. There shall be no residence charge for the period between semesters. However, Members remaining in the units during the academic breaks are still expected to perform workshift and abide by the other obligations of membership outlined in this contract. Members not remaining in the same unit for the following semester must vacate by midnight on the last day of the semester.

You must vacate the Accommodation and remove all of your personal possessions from it by 10:00am on the last day of the Period of Residence. Students are not permitted to remain in the Accommodation beyond 10am on the last day of the Period of Residence. Any periods of occupancy outside the accepted Offer of Accommodation will be charged at the standard nightly rate applicable to the Accommodation that you are occupying.

Contracts accepted for the Spring semester shall be for that semester only. There shall be no residence charge for the period between semesters. Members not remaining in the same unit for the following semester must vacate by midnight on the last day of the semester.
