Period of Rental. 1.1. The Guest may take occupation of the premises after 14h00 on the arrival date set out in the Confirmation of Reservation. An earlier arrival time may be arranged, subject to agreement between the parties, and payment of the applicable surcharge by the Guest.
Period of Rental. 1.1 The Rental Period commences upon the day the Equipment is dispatched by the Company or collected by or on behalf of the Customer from the Company’s premises or such other premises as specified by the Company and shall continue until the Equipment is returned thereto between the hours of 8.30a.m and 5.00p.m Mondays to Fridays and a receipt is issued by the Company or is collected by the Company; the foregoing shall apply even if the Company has agreed in writing to cease Rental Charges.
Period of Rental. 2.1 Unless terminated earlier in accordance with these terms, this Agreement will continue unless you give CSDL written notice of termination at least 14 days prior to the end of the Period of Rental.
Period of Rental. Rentals for Westcove House, The Stables, Garden Cottage and Pier Cottage start at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. Period of Rental. The minimum rental period shall be 2 days or part of a day. The rental period shall be deemed to commence on the day the equipment is dispatched from the Owners premises, unless other arrangements have been agreed, and shall be deemed to continue up to and including the day the equipment is returned to the Owners premises, again unless other arrangements have been agreed, and providing that;
Period of Rental. You shall rent vehicle for at least 1-week and a maximum of 1-month period. After every month, we need to inspect vehicle and renew your membership for the following month.
Period of Rental. 2.1. The term of the contract set out in the Rental Contract herein indicates the date and time on which the vehicle must be returned.
