Performed Work. Trade work performed by employees of: (1) the Construction Manager; (2) any entity that is a partner or member of the entity comprising the Construction Manager; (3) any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Construction Manager; or (4) any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with any entity that is part of the Construction Manager. Self-Performed Work is distinguished from trade work performed by Subcontractors unaffiliated with the Construction Manager or the entities of which the Construction Manager is comprised.

Performed Work. Costs incurred by the Contractor for self-performed work. General Conditions. The fixed amount to be paid be for all costs for labor, equipment and materials for the items identified therein which are necessary for the proper management of the Project, and shall include all costs paid or incurred by the Contractor for insurance (except for general liability insurance), permits, taxes, and all contributions, assessments and benefits, holidays, vacations, retirement benefits, and incentives, whether required by law or collective bargaining agreements or otherwise paid or provided by Contractor to its employees. The District reserves the right to request changes to the personnel, equipment, or facilities provided as General Conditions as may be necessary or appropriate for the proper management of the Project, in which case, the cost of General Conditions shall be increased or reduced accordingly.

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Related Work Leave not to exceed one (1) year may be granted to an employee to accept a position of fixed duration outside of State service which is funded by a government or private foundation grant and which is related to the employee's current work.

  • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work). Contractor shall perform the Contract Work pursuant to the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, appliances, and appurtenances for the Contract Work in strict conformity with this Contract, within the time-period prescribed by the City.

  • Work The definition of work, for overtime purposes only, includes:

  • Development Work Do, or cause to be done, such development and other work as may be reasonably necessary to protect from diminution and production capacity of the Mortgaged Property and each producing well thereon.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Day Work The work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours exclusive of lunch periods, comprising five (5) days of seven and one-half (7 ½) hours each, Monday through Friday. The work day shall be scheduled to fall between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Services to be performed by Contractor In consideration of the payments set forth herein and in Exhibit “B,” Contractor shall perform services for County in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein and in Exhibit “A.”

  • Summer Work a. This section shall apply only to those employees hired to fill temporary summer positions.
