Common use of Performance Warranty Clause in Contracts

Performance Warranty. All work performed under this Contract shall be in accordance with applicable terms and conditions of this Contract and of local codes and ordinances and any other authority having lawful jurisdiction. Work performed under this Contract shall meet all applicable requirements of the latest revision of the NFPA codes. Contractor shall guarantee all work included in the Contract against any defects in workmanship and shall satisfactorily correct, at no cost to TFC, any such defect that may become apparent within a period of one (1) year after completion of work. The warranty period shall commence upon the date of acceptance by TFC.
