Performance Tracking Sample Clauses

Performance Tracking. CHS, on behalf of DCE, will provide an approximation of performance tracking based on information and data received from Provider. Provider acknowledges that performance tracking will be assessed separately for the periods prior to January 1, 2022, versus the period starting January 1, 2022. Due to the bifurcated tracking of performance tracking, Provider acknowledges that performance of Provider versus performance of all other providers in the DCE will be based on CHS’ best approximation.

Performance Tracking. The Parties will work together to develop the data and information necessary to improve health services and to monitor and report on health status and health care information for First Nations in B.C. Actions under consideration include, but are not limited to, establishing data sharing agreements and mechanisms for the timely sharing of data on the health of First Nations in B.C.; reporting every five years on the health status of Aboriginal people through the Office of the Provincial Health Officer, with interim reports every two years; and expanding health surveying to include First Nations.

Performance Tracking. For the Performance Tracking section of the reporting form, each Project budgeted on this Agreement should be reported separately to reflect the current status. Project Tile: Identify each project title, (i.e. ▇▇▇▇▇ Haven ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Old Ferry Dock Boat Ramp, etc.)

Performance Tracking. The Borrower shall cause Fund IV Holdco to make themselves available during normal business hours at the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent (acting on the instructions of the Required Lenders) to discuss the basis for any calculations, including the interpretation and application of the calculation rules, conventions and procedures under the applicable Limited Liability Company Agreement. At any time during the occurrence of any Event of Default or a Distribution Trap, the Administrative Agent may submit the latest Tax Equity Opco Model for the Tax Equity Opco, together with the exhibits or supplemental information thereto, to a model auditor selected by the Administrative Agent for its review at the sole cost and expense of the Borrower.

Performance Tracking. For the Performance Tracking section of the reporting form, each Project budgeted on this Agreement should be reported separately to reflect the current status. Start Date: This date should identify the actual start date of the project, if the project has not started list the projected start date. Projected End Date: List the anticipated end date of the project and/or actual end date of the project.

Performance Tracking. Company will provide to PRISM Group, Inc. (“PRISM”), on a monthly basis commencing no later than six (6) months from the Effective Date hereof, in an electronic format ticket-level detailed transactional data. Such data will include, but not be limited to, the amount of Company Group’s total (by segment) worldwide on all Participating Airlines air ticket sales and segments and the amount of Company’s total (by segment) worldwide air ticket sales and segments produced for all airline travel by Company. The transfer of data to PRISM with respect to a month will be completed no later than the 15th day of the following month. PRISM will, in turn, provide the data, in processed form, to the Participating Airlines. The data transfer will continue during the term of this Agreement, including any extensions thereof. Pursuant to the foregoing, Company will cause its Authorized Ticketing Locations to provide such data to PRISM.
