Common use of Performance Records Clause in Contracts

Performance Records. A Bargaining Unit member’s signature on any performance evaluation, shall be viewed by the parties hereto only as a representation that the Bargaining Unit member has read it and shall not be viewed as a representation of concurrence in any or all of the contents or comments thereon. The Bargaining Unit member shall be the last person to sign a performance evaluation, except for the signatures of the Director of Central Campus Security Services and the Director for Public Safety. No evaluative comments may be made on record copies thereafter, unless the Bargaining Unit member is provided the opportunity to respond. The Bargaining Unit member shall receive a copy of the evaluation or any letter or document representing performance evaluation in its final form. Performance evaluations will be maintained in accordance with University policy 1.2, personnel records, which is six (6) years from the date of separation.
