Common use of Performance Period Clause in Contracts

Performance Period. The Seller undertakes to manufacture, deliver, install and handover the Equipment to the Buyer within 20 weeks of the conclusion of this Contract. The performance period shall be extended for a period during which the Seller could not perform due to obstacles on the part of the Buyer.
