Common use of Performance of Work Clause in Contracts

Performance of Work. The CM/CG covenants with Owner to cooperate with the Architect and Owner’s Authorized Representative and utilize the CM/GC's professional skill, efforts and judgment in furthering the interests of Owner; to furnish efficient business administration and supervision; to furnish at all times an adequate supply of workers and materials; and to perform the Work in conformance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of Owner.

Performance of Work.
