Common use of Performance of the Work Clause in Contracts

Performance of the Work. The Contractor shall perform all of the Work required for the complete and prompt execution of everything described or shown in, or reasonably implied from the Contract Documents for the above referenced Project.

Performance of the Work. 2.1 The Contractor shall fully perform and complete the Work in compliance with the terms and provisions of the Contract. In connection therewith, the Contractor shall perform or cause to be performed all actions and shall provide and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, labor and professional and non-professional services, and shall perform all of other acts and supply all other things necessary to fully and properly perform and complete the Work required for the complete and prompt execution of everything described or shown in, or reasonably implied from pursuant to the Contract Documents for the above referenced ProjectDocuments.
