Common use of Performance of Obligations Clause in Contracts

The Purchaser shall have performed or and complied with in all material respects all covenants of the covenants, agreements and agreements conditions required by this Agreement or any Ancillary Document to be performed or and complied with by Purchaser under this Agreement on or it prior to or on the Closing Date.
