Performance Incentives. The NRC is committed to utilizing performance-based contracting methods to the greatest extent possible for the acquisition of services. In support of this commitment, the NRC will develop performance-based statements of work, performance standards, assessment plans, and remedies and incentives for each order, as appropriate, to encourage Contractors to achieve performance levels of the highest quality.
