Common use of Performance by the Company Clause in Contracts

Performance by the Company. As all of the stockholders of the Company, the Shareholders shall cause the Company to execute and deliver all of the documents and instruments that it is required to execute and deliver or enter into prior to or at Closing, and to perform, comply with and satisfy all of the other obligations, agreements and conditions under this Agreement that it is required to perform, comply with and satisfy at or prior to Closing.

Performance by the Company. As all of the stockholders sole stockholder of the Company, the Shareholders Shareholder shall cause the Company to execute and deliver all of the documents and instruments that it is required to execute and deliver or enter into prior to or at Closing, and to perform, comply with and satisfy all of the other obligations, agreements and conditions under this Agreement that it is required to perform, comply with and satisfy at or prior to Closing.

Performance by the Company. As all the stockholders of the Company’s stockholders or of affiliates of the Company, the Shareholders shall cause the Company to execute and deliver all of the documents and instruments that it is required to execute and deliver or enter into prior to or at Closing, and to perform, comply with and satisfy all of the other obligations, agreements and conditions under this Agreement that it is required to perform, comply with and satisfy at or prior to Closing.

Performance by the Company. As all of the stockholders only stockholder of the Company, the Shareholders Shareholder shall cause the Company to execute and deliver all of the documents and instruments that it is required to execute and deliver or enter into prior to or at Closing, and to perform, comply with and satisfy all of the other obligations, agreements and conditions under this Agreement that it is required to perform, comply with and satisfy at or prior to Closing.
