Common use of Performance by Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Performance by Affiliates. Each Party shall have the right to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under this Agreement either itself or through any of its Affiliates. To the extent that this Agreement imposes obligations on Affiliates of a Party, such Party agrees to cause its Affiliates to perform such obligations.

Performance by Affiliates. Each Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, either Party shall will have the right to perform any or all of its obligations and exercise any or all of its rights and perform under this Agreement through any Affiliate. Each Party hereby guarantees the performance by its Affiliates of such Party’s obligations under this Agreement either itself or through any of its Affiliates. Performance by Affiliates.
