Common use of Perform Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Perform Loan Documents. It shall observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions required to be observed, performed or satisfied by it and shall pay when due all costs, fees and expenses required to be paid by it under the Loan Documents to which Borrower is a party, subject to any cure periods provided therein. It shall not enter into or otherwise suffer or permit any amendment, waiver, supplement, termination or other modification of any Loan Document executed and delivered by it without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.
