Perfection Representations, Warranties and Covenants. Santander Consumer hereby makes the perfection representations, warranties and covenants attached hereto as Schedule I to the Purchaser and the Purchaser shall be deemed to have relied on such representations, warranties and covenants in acquiring the Purchased Assets.
