Common use of Perfection Certificate Clause in Contracts

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 20, 2011, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate of Borrower dated as of June 20May 19, 20112022 (the “Perfection Certificate”), and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such the Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower Xxxxxxxx hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the “Perfection Certificate Certificate” shall mean and include hereinafter be deemed to be references to the Perfection Certificate as described defined herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 20[_____], 20112019, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such said Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the "Perfection Certificate Certificate" shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate of Borrower dated as of June 20December 30, 2011, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Borrower’s Perfection Certificate dated as of June 20September 21, 20112009, as updated by Borrower’s Perfection Certificate dated as of December 21, 2010, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank Collateral Agent and the Lenders in such Perfection Certificate Certificate, as updated, have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 20October 17, 20112017, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such said Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described hereinin this paragraph.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Borrower’s Perfection Certificate dated as of June 2013, 2011, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information that Borrower provided to Bank Agent and the Lenders in such Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 20October 3, 20112014, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 20January 26, 20112018, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such said Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described hereinin this paragraph.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 2029, 20112009, between Borrower and Bank, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such the Perfection Certificate have has not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 20July 29, 20112019 delivered by Borrower to Bank, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in such Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby Xxxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the “Perfection Certificate Certificate” shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Borrower Xxxxxxxx hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the “Perfection Certificate Certificate” shall mean and include hereinafter be deemed to be references to the Perfection Certificate as described defined herein.

Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the “Perfection Certificate Certificate” shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein. 7.

Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 2024, 2011, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information above Borrower provided to Bank in such the Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described herein.

Perfection Certificate. Bank and Borrower hereby acknowledges acknowledge and agrees agree that all references in the Loan Agreement to the Perfection Certificate shall mean and include the Perfection Certificate as described hereinin this paragraph.
