Perfection by Possession. All original copies of the Class A/B/C/D Demand Note that constitute or evidence the Class A/B/C/D Demand Note have been delivered to the Trustee.
Perfection by Possession. The Issuer has given the Indenture Trustee a copy of a written acknowledgment from the applicable custodian that the custodian is holding executed copies of the promissory notes and master promissory notes that constitute or evidence the Financed Student Loans, and that such custodian is holding such notes solely on behalf and for the benefit of the Indenture Trustee.
Perfection by Possession. If Collateral is of a type as to which it is necessary, desirable, or advisable, as determined by Secured Party, for Secured Party to take possession of such Collateral in order to protect, perfect, or maintain the first priority of Secured Party’s security interest or other Lien (subject only to Permitted Security) in such (or any other) Collateral, then, promptly upon Secured Party’s request, Debtor shall deliver such Collateral to Secured Party.
Perfection by Possession. All original copies of the Series 2013-B Demand Note that constitute or evidence the Series 2013-B Demand Note have been delivered to the Trustee.
Perfection by Possession. 5. The original executed counterpart No. 1 of the Master Lease has been delivered to the Trustee. All original copies of the Demand Note that constitute or evidence the Demand Note have been delivered to the Trustee.
Perfection by Possession. 1. The fully executed original of each Purchased Contract that constitutes or evidences the Subject Collateral has been delivered to the Servicer, as custodian for the Collateral Agent (the "Custodian").
Perfection by Possession. Pledgor shall have possession of the Series A Note.
Perfection by Possession. Collateral Agent hereby appoints each Lender and the Multiyear Agent to serve as its bailee to perfect the Collateral Agent's liens and security interest in any Collateral, including any Proceeds, in the possession of any such Person (and continues the appointments made under the Original Intercreditor Agreement). Any such party possessing such Collateral agrees to so act as bailee for the Collateral Agent in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof.
Perfection by Possession. All original copies of the Series 2009-1 Demand Note that constitute or evidence the Series 2009-1 Demand Note have been delivered to the Trustee.
Perfection by Possession. In addition to any Financing Statements that are required to be filed by Rxxxxx or that may at her option be filed, Rxxxxx or her designee shall have the right to maintain possession of the Collateral and any and all powers of attorney necessary to enforce her Security Interest in any or all of the Collateral until any and all amounts due under the Loan Documents and/or any other instrument or agreement between the Parties are paid in full and the instruments are all terminated.
