Perfect Attendance Incentive. Teachers will be provided credit toward the purchase of technology product(s), classroom supplies or professional development products on the following scale each year: • No Sick Leave, No Personal Days, and No Unpaid Absences $350 • One Sick Leave Day, Personal Day, or Unpaid Absence $250 • Two Sick Leave Days, Personal Days, or Unpaid Absences $150 (Excluding the use of Bereavement Days as defined in the contract). In order to qualify, a teacher must return to the District in the following year. Teachers who have met the eligibility requirement to participate in this program, even though the incentive shall be given during a school year beyond the term of this Agreement, whether or not this benefit is included in any successor agreement, shall be granted the incentive.
