Percentage Interests. Each Member shall have a percentage interest (such percentage interest, as the same shall be adjusted from time to time as provided in this Agreement, herein referred to as "Percentage Interest") in the Company as set forth opposite such Member's name in Schedule A hereto (as such Schedule shall be revised from time to time in accordance with this Agreement).
