The District recognizes SEIU/FPSU as the exclusive bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours, terms, and other conditions of employment covering employees in positions enumerated below, as specified in the Public Employees Relations Commission Order dated and modified June 18, 2002, and most recently modified by PERC Order NO. 07E-209 dated September 11, 2007, which specifically states: EXCLUDED: All other positions of The School District of Palm Beach County, Florida.
