PeopleSupport Operational Capacity Planning. PeopleSupport will work closely with Client’s Work Force Management team to plan capacity, and to develop operational plans. Based on the volume forecasts provided by Client in the 6-Week Support Forecasts, PeopleSupport will provide Client with a weekly capacity forecast reflecting the number of eReps required to handle the forecasted volume of contacts in accordance with its performance objectives and service levels (“Weekly Capacity Plan”). The Weekly Capacity Plan will factor in PeopleSupport’s analysis of actual contact volumes, historical performance, existing and new-hire resources and special circumstances (holidays, seasonality and attrition factors).   • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Business Continuity Plan The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY/DISASTER RECOVERY In the event of equipment failure, work stoppage, governmental action, communication disruption or other impossibility of performance beyond State Street’s control, State Street shall take reasonable steps to minimize service interruptions. Specifically, State Street shall implement reasonable procedures to prevent the loss of data and to recover from service interruptions caused by equipment failure or other circumstances with resumption of all substantial elements of services in a timeframe sufficient to meet business requirements. State Street shall enter into and shall maintain in effect at all times during the term of this Agreement with appropriate parties one or more agreements making reasonable provision for (i) periodic back-up of the computer files and data with respect to the Trusts; and (ii) emergency use of electronic data processing equipment to provide services under this Agreement. State Street shall test the ability to recover to alternate data processing equipment in accordance with State Street program standards, and provide a high level summary of business continuity test results to the Trusts upon request. State Street will remedy any material deficiencies in accordance with State Street program standards. Upon reasonable advance notice, and at no cost to State Street, the Trusts retain the right to review State Street’s business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and third-party vendor management processes and programs (including discussions with the relevant subject matter experts and an on-site review of the production facilities used) related to delivery of the service no more frequently than an annual basis. Upon reasonable request, the State Street also shall discuss with senior management of the Trusts any business continuity/disaster recovery plan of the State Street and/or provide a high-level presentation summarizing such plan.”
