Common use of Pensionable Service Clause in Contracts

Pensionable Service. For purposes of this Agreement covering retirement income benefits, "Pensionable Service" means years and whole months of continuous service with the Company while a contributing member to the Plan, subject to the following schedule: HOURS WORKED IN PLAN YEAR PENSIONABLE SERVICE FOR THAT PLAN YEAR 2,080 or more 12 months 1,905 to 2,079 11 months 1,730 to 1,904 10 months 1,555 to 1,729 9 months 1,380 to 1,554 8 months 1,205 to 1,379 7 months 1,030 to 1,204 6 months 855 to 1,029 5 months 680 to 854 4 months 505 to 679 3 months 330 to 504 2 months 155 to 329 1 month (Separate graded scales where regular work week is other than forty
