Common use of Pension Clause in Contracts

Pension. The Employer shall make the following contributions to the NDT Industry Pension Fund for each hour earned for the duration of this agreement. May 1, 2018 - $6.50 per earned hour. May 1, 2019 - $7.00 per earned hour. May 1, 2020 - $7.00 per earned hour

May 1, 2020 - $7.00 per earned hourThis fund will be used as an employee assistance program for the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction.

May 1, 2020 - $7.00 per earned hourThis will be included in the monthly employer’s remittance and submitted to the administrator. This does not increase the Employer’s obligation.
