Pedigree Requirements Clause Samples
The Pedigree Requirements clause sets standards for documenting the lineage or origin of goods, typically in contexts such as livestock, seeds, or other products where genetic or source verification is important. This clause usually requires suppliers to provide certificates, records, or other evidence proving the ancestry or source of the items being delivered. By establishing clear documentation protocols, the clause helps ensure product authenticity, supports quality control, and reduces the risk of misrepresentation or fraud.
