Common use of Pediatric Immunizations Clause in Contracts

Pediatric Immunizations. Benefits are provided to Members under twenty-one (21) years of age as defined in SECTION SE - SCHEDULE OF ELIGIBILITY of this Agreement, for those pediatric immunizations, including the immunizing agents which, as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, conform with the standards of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Center for Disease Control, and the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services.
