Peak Season. ‌ “Peak season” shall include the months of May, June, July, August, and September of each calendar year. Other Definitions and Terms‌ Unless the context of a particular section in question indicates otherwise, all other words and terms used in this Agreement shall be given their common and ordinary meaning.

Peak Season. Driver Helper positions shall only be uti- lized by the Company between the dates of October 15th and January 15th and shall be subject to the following guidelines and restrictions:
Peak Season. Driver Helper positions shall first be filled in seniority order by part-time employees who sign up to perform this work prior to hiring off the street. Only after exhausting all part-time employees who have signed up to be Peak Season Driver Helpers shall the Company be allowed to hire off the street to fill the remaining open positions (if any). All off-the-street Peak Season Driver Helpers shall be paid the “All Other” starting rate for newly hired part-time employees for all hours worked as helpers. SW
Peak Season. Driver Helpers may not be utilized if full- time package drivers are laid off in the Local Union’s jurisdiction. If the laid off drivers accept work as a driver or as a helper (paid the driver rate), then the Company may then use helpers.

  • Transit Service is the delivery of certain traffic between Carrier and a third party ILEC, CLEC or CMRS provider by Frontier over a separate trunk group between Carrier and Frontier where appropriate trunks exist between Carrier and third party through Frontier’s tandem. The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.

  • Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.

The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
