Peak Daily Flow. Peak Daily Flow" shall be the maximum daily flow over a 48 hour period divided by 2 for a storm frequency interval of 5 years or less.
Peak Daily Flow. Flow expressed in gallons per day (gpd) over any continuous 24 hour period.
Peak Daily Flow. “Peak Daily Flow” means the greatest total volume of Wastewater generated by or within the Designated SSR Territory of a SSR Party and discharged to the Sewer Service Facilities of the Racine Utility or to any sewer or other sewerage facility that is tributary to the Racine Wastewater Treatment Facility (but excluding Hauled Wastewater discharged at the Wastewater Treatment Facility with the consent of the Racine Utility) during any consecutive 24-hour period (or the greatest such volume as of a specified date), and usually expressed in terms of millions of gallons per day.

  • Compressed Work Week Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, upon request of an employee and the concurrence of the Employer, an employee may complete their weekly hours of employment in a period of other than five (5) full days provided that over a period of twenty-eight (28) calendar days the employee works an average of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours per week. As part of the provisions of this clause, attendance reporting shall be mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer. In every twenty-eight (28) day period such an employee shall be granted days of rest on such days as are not scheduled as a normal work day for such employee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the implementation of any variation in hours shall not result in any additional overtime work or additional payment by reason only of such variation, nor shall it be deemed to prohibit the right of the Employer to schedule any hours of work permitted by the terms of this Agreement.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Response Times (a) LogRhythm will respond to new support cases whether received via a telephone call or email within (i) four (4) Support Hours after receipt if received during a Business Day or (ii) by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time the following Business Day if received after the end of a Business Day. LogRhythm will respond to new support cases via email or by directly contacting the applicable designated users. Response times for open support cases will vary depending on the specifics of the case and any Escalation required.
