PDL shall use all Product supplied by ICOS pursuant to this Agreement solely for conducting clinical trials (and research and development activities related thereto) for the purpose of collecting clinical data necessary to meet North American and European regulatory filing requirements; and\nD. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY WARRANTED IN THIS SECTION 10.2, PDL MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PDL PATENT RIGHTS, PDL TRADE-SECRETS, PDL MATERIALS OR THE PRODUCT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
