PCP Initiated Changes. The PCP has the right to have a Member transferred to another Participating PCP. The PCP must submit the request in writing to WHP with at least thirty (30) days advance notice. During that time, the PCP must continue to provide or otherwise arrange for medical care for the Member until the Member has been successfully transferred to another Participating PCP. WHP will work with the PCP and the Member to determine the timing of the transfer. A Member may be transferred to another PCP under the following circumstances as defined by the PCP:

  • CLEC Requested Changes 58.9.1 CLEC may submit a request to negotiate and pay for changes in the content and format of the usage data transmitted by CenturyLink.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • CONTRACT ITEM CHANGES A. If a manufacturer discontinues a contracted item, that item will automatically be considered deleted from the contract with no penalty to Contractor. However, H-GAC may at its sole discretion elect to make a contract award to the next lowest Respondent for the item, or take any other action deemed by H-GAC, at its sole discretion, to be in the best interests of its Customers.

  • SCOPE CHANGES The Commissioner reserves the right to require, by written order, changes to the scope of the Contract, by altering, adding to or deducting from the Bid Specifications, such changes to be within the general scope of the Contract. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, performance of any part of the work under the Contract, whether or not changed by the order, the Commissioner shall, upon notice from Contractor as hereafter stated, make an equitable adjustment in the Contract price, the delivery schedule or both and shall modify the Contract. The Contractor must assert its right to an adjustment under this clause within thirty days from the date of receipt of the written order. However, if the Commissioner decides that the facts justify it, the Commissioner may provide an adjustment without receipt of a proposal. Failure to agree to any adjustment shall be a dispute under the Disputes clause, provided, however, that nothing in this clause shall excuse the Contractor from proceeding with the Contract as changed.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.
